SFEB Associates Program
The Seattle Federal Executive Board’s (SFEB) Associates Program is a longstanding, dynamic, and unique leadership development program for high performing Federal employees GS-9 through GS-12 (or equivalent) within the Seattle Federal Executive Board member agencies. Each Associate is enrolled for two consecutive years, with staggered cohorts.
SFEB Associates serve a two-year term during which they partner collectively and individually, with fellow associates and participating senior executive service Advisors from within the SFEB Leadership Council. Each Associate is mentored by a senior executive in addition to working with the senior executive assigned to their committees. Each year, the Associates develop, implement, and execute a significant annual project focused on ambitious goals benefiting the Federal workforce, the larger community, and the Associates’ leadership goals.
SFEB Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee
To uphold the intent of the Presidential Executive Orders on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, the Seattle Federal Executive Board DEIA Committee will assist Federal agencies in building a shared culture that values and recognizes each employees’ unique identities and perspectives with dignity and respect, an environment that provides all employees with equitable access to opportunities for growth and development, and a strong workforce that reflects the communities served by the SFEB.
The SFEB Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee is currently revising our charter documents to reflect an updated vision for the group. To join us, please send an email with “DEIA” in the subject line to: info.sfeb@gsa.gov.
Committee Membership is voluntary and open to any interested Federal staff in the SFEB service area, with supervisory permission. The committee members represent a cross-section of Federal agencies.
The Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month at 9:30am.
